CEPE
The European Council of the Paint, Printing Ink and ArtistsÇƒÚ Colours Industry (CEPE) represents the interests of about 1100 paint and 75 printing ink and over 20 artistsÇƒÚ colours companies at European level. It has 23 Member Associations and 4 Affiliated Associations in 21 countries, 14 Company Members as well as affiliated paint manufacturers in Poland, Romania, Russia and Turkey.
Since 2002, CEPE opened its membership to suppliers to the paint and printing ink industry.
CEPE is a non-profit making organisation with the status of Çƒ?association internationale sans but lucratifÇƒ? (aisbl), which represents, promotes and protects the common interest of the European paint, printing ink and artists' colours industries.
CEPE works in close co-operation with the members - national associations and multinational companies - and makes use of their knowledge, experience and networks.
As an "umbrella" industry association, CEPE respects the national and international interests of its members as well as the industries concerned and contributes to the establishment of consensus, wherever possible, with external parties.
