Dry-Up coated spray powder prevents ink set-off, blocking, and static electricity, and are available in difference sizes (10-55 microns).
Features:
Can be used in a variety of electrostatic and pneumatic sprayers
Purely vegetable-based and non-toxic
Very little powder remains on the surface of the paper or film allowing post-processing, including polishing and vinyl coating, to be done easily and cleanly without damaging transparency of film
Assimilated well by inks and churning up of the powder is minimal
Highly moisture-resistant causing no clogging of nozzles, and ink does not run even in hot and humid climates
Particles are cubic with smooth surfaces and can be evenly sprayed, producing a clean finish.
