TAMPA, Fla., June 13, 2007 -- Global Imaging Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX), and Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc., today announced a new purchasing contract that enables Global dealers to continue supplying customers with Konica Minolta multifunction products, printers, fax machines, supplies, parts, accessories, and service and support, through March 31, 2008.
