JECO manufactures many material handling items for the automotive industry, including totes, bins, pallets, trays and custom returnable packaging. We have designed custom products for brake parts, castings, radiators, door panels, engines, electrical harnesses, window and door molding, interior components, transmissions, gearboxes, battery trays and general purpose pallets and containers for all automotive OEMs and Tier One suppliers.
Service lives exceeding 15 years are common, and adaptable inserts allow the same general purpose container to be used for several model changes. Unusual conveying, stacking, or transportation requirements are routinely accommodated, and extensive testing with components in place verifies the fit and suitability. Dimensional tolerances are adequate for robotic applications, ergonomic constraints are routinely addressed, and freight costs are minimized with a variety of nesting options.
JECO manufactures pallets specifically designed for presses made by all the major manufacturers: Heidelberg, KBA, Man-Roland, Bobst and others. We make pallets for the 74, 104, 142, and 162 series sheet fed machines, as well as all varieties of web presses. Web and sheet fed pallets correspond to both inch and metric paper requirements, and allow the maximum sheet size to be used.
JECO manufactures rib top pallets for continuous feed sheet fed presses, flat top pallets for web operations, specialty rib top pallets with dual sword entry for laminating operations, nestable pallets for newspaper distribution and logistics, roll pallets for digital printing, custom pallets for currency and security printing, and work in process pallets for high rise storage.
JECO pallets are superior in strength and durability to any other pallet, and have been in service at many printing customers for over 25 years. Our pallets can be edge racked up to maximum printing loads, and have patented internal structures which significantly reduce fork lift damage.
We have been supplying the printing industry since 1975. We supply commercial printers, web printers, bindery operations, security printers, folding carton and corrugated printers with both stock and custom pallets.
